Pre-K Counts Applications

To apply, students must be a resident of the Delaware Valley School District and be 4 years of age on or before September 1, 2024.  The Pre K Counts program is grant funded and has specific criteria to determine eligibility. 

Interested families can download an application from the column on the right or request an application be mailed to them by emailing their name and address to PreKCounts@dvsd.org.

Applications can be submitted by email, in person or by mail.  To deliver in person or send by mail, completed applications with proof of income should go to: DVSD Administration Building, Attn: Nancy, 236 Routes 6 & 209, Milford, PA 18337.  If you would like to email a scanned copy of your application and proof of income, please send it to PreKCounts@dvsd.org.
