ALL EMPLOYEES OF THE DELAWARE VALLEY SCHOOL DISTRICT ARE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT THEIR ABSENCE REQUESTS A MINIMUM OF 1.5 HOURS BEFORE THEIR DESIGNATED START TIME.
Log onto Frontline Education, formerly Aesop, at https://app.frontlineeducation.com/. Here, you will be able to enter absences, check your absence schedule, update personal information, and exercise other features such as uploading your lesson plans for professional substitutes to view online.
You can also call Frontline toll free at 1-800-942-3767. Simply follow the voice menu to enter and manage absences and access other features. We recommend that you call in to check the computer recording of your name and title. To do this, press Option 5 and follow the prompts.
ALL absences, for ALL departments, must be reported, even if a substitute is not required.

For assistance entering emergency absences between 5:30am – 7am, contact Robin Adelfio, substitute coordinator, at (570) 409-2014 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Emergency absences after 7am should be reported directly to your building secretary via phone and email.

Information for additional leave such as vacation and bereavement can be found on the following links:
Bereavement Leave may be requested for absences due to the death of an immediate family or near family member. Please complete the form from the appropriate link below and return it along with a copy of the obituary to the business office. Family and near family members along with allowable leave are defined in the association contracts.
Extended bereavement leaves may be request by sending a letter to the Board and Superintendent. Please include an explanation of the need for this extension and the dates.
