Graduate Credit Information for Professional Staff

Please submit PREAPPROVAL AND APPPLICATION FOR REIMBURSEMENT OF CREDITS in advance of registering for any graduate course.

 Upon course completion submit a copy of your invoice and official transcript/grade report.

You may request salary increase at the following credit thresholds:

• Bachelor + 24

• Master/Masters Equivalency (B + 36)

• Masters and 6 credit increments (eg. M+6, M+12, M+15) Maximum M+60 or

• Doctoral Degree

All credit documentation must be submitted and received in the business office no late than September 1 or February 1 for the previous semester in order for professional staff members to be considered for salary adjustment.
