Mrs. Palko has worked at the Delaware Valley School District since 2001. She received her Bachelors of Science degree in Psychology from the Pennsylvania State University in 1990 and her Masters of Science in Secondary School Counseling from the University of Scranton in 2000. She became a national board certified counselor in 2001. Mrs. Palko continued her education and received her Licensed Professional Counselor certificate in Pennsylvania in 2014.
