Bonnie was a member of the Delaware Valley High School Class of 1982.  Involved in school activities, she excelled as a cheerleader, class treasurer, and a student council member.

Following high school, she attended West Virginia University, graduating in 1986 with a bachelor’s degree in journalism. 

She began her career with the New York agencies M. Silver Associates and Ogilvy & Mather Public Relations. She then moved to Philadelphia to work for Golin/Harris Communications and Tierney Communications in Philadelphia where she was associate vice president for the agency’s public relations division.  Bonnie next worked for multimedia retailer QVC for close to nine years, where she served as director of corporate affairs and vice president of public relations.

In April 2008, Bonnie joined the Philadelphia Phillies organization as vice president of communications. In her role, she oversees baseball communications, player relations, community outreach, publicity, crisis and issues management, business communications, creative services and publications.

South Jersey Magazine named Bonnie one its annual Super Women in 2011. Additionally, she is a council member of Third Century Initiative, a Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce organization. She also serves as a board member for the Kennedy Health System Foundation and is a member of Major League Baseball’s Women’s Subcommittee.
