Randolph "Skip" Gregory was a member of the Milford High School Class of 1949. After graduation, he attended the University of Scranton and the Chrysler Business Management Training Program. From 1951-1953, he served in the United States Army. A lifelong Pike County resident and prominent businessman, he owned and operated Gregory's Garage, a Chrysler-Plymouth franchise, Esso gas station, and later was president of Gregory's Exxon gas station and convenience store. An active community member, he served as Mayor of the Borough of Milford from 1979-1985. During his term, he was instrumental in establishing a central dispatching center for police and fire companies. From 1985-92 he served as chairman of the Pike County Board of Commissioners. One highlight of his tenure was the formation of Pike County's own Area Agency of Aging. Among his many community affiliations, Skip was an active member of the Milford Volunteer Fire Department for thirty-five years, member of the Milford Lodge ad Milford Midget Baseball League, and director of the Milford Community House. In 2007 he published "All Roads Lead to Milford, PA - Postcards from the Past".
