For the month of October the Dingman-Delaware Middle School would like to recognize the hard work and dedication of Mrs. Nicole Cafarella. Mrs. Cafarella is a dedicated member of the Dingman-Delaware Middle School staff that always has the best interest of students in mind. She has educated students at DDMS for 22 years in many different facets of the classroom from special education instruction, co-teacher supports, on-level instruction, reading support, as well as running DDTV, our student broadcast network, for a 4 year period.  She currently teaches our Read 180 program and has had great success in helping students learn techniques and skills necessary to advance to the next level. We would like to thank Mrs. Cafarella for her continued hard work and dedication to DDMS!  Mrs. Cafarello
The Dingman-Delaware Middle School would like to give credit where credit is due. Although all of our staff goes above and beyond daily we are going to choose one staff member each month to recognize their efforts. For the month of September we would like to recognize the outstanding job of our librarian, Rachel Goldstein. Mrs. Goldstein wears many hats at DDMS. She is a librarian who instills a love for learning and reading in students through her constant interaction, guidance, and interactive library displays. She holds classes in how to properly cite sources, research, etc... upon teacher request. She is in charge of our DDTV news network that broadcasts our school announcements each morning as well as being a co-chair in charge of our reading olympics teams. In addition, she advises many after school clubs and activities for students such as anime, after school library,  yarn and knitting club, and sound and lights for our theatrical productions throughout the school year. Mrs. Goldstein is always willing to go the extra mile to help teachers and students with technology issues or finding sources to supplement in-class content. She is well versed in current technologies that are accessible to students and teachers such as z-space, 3-D printing, cricket and google classroom, forms, etc..., just to name a few. On behalf of the Dingman-Delaware Middle School we would like to Thank Mrs. Goldstein for her continued efforts and dedication to our school.  Mrs. Goldstein
